 1. Determine Your Rental Needs. Determine the Equipment or System Package that is right for your needs.
2. Contact Us. Call us directly. We have highly trained technicians who will assist you with all of your event needs.
3. Reserve Your Sound System. Upon determining the proper Equipment, you may reserve the gear with your personal information and a Major Credit Card. This reserves the Equipment for the dates specified by you.
4. Security and Pre-Payment. On the day of your rental, we will take an imprint of your Major Revolving Credit Card for Security. (Signer on the Card must be present). We ask that all Rentals are Pre-Paid before any equipment leaves the shop.
That's it! You're On Your Way... All Rentals go out after 12:00 Noon. All Rentals are due back by 12:00 Noon on the date specified.
POLICIES and CONDITIONS of RENTAL
RESERVATIONS
All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless the equipment has been previously reserved. To reserve equipment, you may: 1) Use your credit card number to hold the equipment for pickup on a specific day, or 2) Pre-pay the entire rental amount. (The rental may be paid for on or before the pickup date.) All rentals and renewals must be paid in advance.
RENTAL RATES & TIME PERIODS
Rental rates are subject to change without notice. Rates listed are for one-day rentals. Additional day rates are calculated at 50% of the daily rate for the second day and 25% for each additional day. Weekly rates are calculated at double the daily rates. Monthly rates are calculated at double the weekly rates. All rentals are to be picked up after 12:00 Noon. All rental returns are due back by 12:00 Noon on the date specified on contract or a late fee will be charged. Alternative pickup and return times may be accomodated with prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES
48 hours (2 business days) advance notice is required for all reservation cancellations. A restocking fee of $25 will be charged for any cancellation without 48 hours prior notification. A pro rated daily rental rate will be charged for all late returns.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A major credit card (Visa/MC, AmEx, Discover) and valid Government issued identification is required for all rentals. Cosigners are accepted but must be present to sign contract and security deposit. In lieu of a credit card, a cash deposit for the replacement value of the equipment may be made with management pre-approval. Sorry, check cards and checks are not acceptable for security deposit. We reserve the right to refuse to rent on the basis of non-compliance with security deposit guidelines.
BUSINESS HOURS
Our business hours are 10 am to 4pm Monday through Friday, and11 am to 2 pm on Saturday. WJOY Rentals is also open Sundays from 11 am to 2 pm. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

PICKUP & DELIVERY
24 hr. rental delivery, set-up and pick-ups are available for an additional fee. All pick-ups and deliveries must be scheduled in advance. Fees may vary. Please contact WJOY DJ Rentals for quotes.
ENGINEERS & OPERATORS
Technicians, Engineers, Operators, Stage Hands and Drivers are available for an additional fee. All labor must be scheduled in advance. Fees may vary. Please contact WJOY DJ Rentals for quotes.
CABLES & CORDS
An adequate number of cables, cords and adapters will be sent out with each rental system. If you require additional cables or adapters, please inform your rental technician when you pick up your order. All cables must be separated and coil wrapped upon return. A restocking fee of .40 cents per foot will be added to each cable not returned in the same condition as it was rented. Use your credit card number to hold the equipment for pickup on a specific day
